  • About

This refreshing salad is loaded with vitamin C, something we can all use more of during cold and flu season. And studies consistently show that eating local honey each day can help build your resistance to pollen-related allergies. Besides, it tastes so delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 organic red grapefruits, peeled, seeded, and cut into small sections
  • 2 large navel oranges, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 2 tangerine

Method

  1. Arrange the grapefruit sections in a circular pattern around a pretty plate. Arrange the oranges and tangerines overlapping in a circular pattern over the grapefruits. Scatter the onion rings, capers, and mint evenly over the oranges.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and the honey. Drizzle this over evenly over the salad.
