This flavorful dressing is one of the newest additions to our menu. It’s popular on our salads and as a dip for raw vegetables.
Place the jalapeño, chives, and garlic into the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Cover and process for about 10 seconds until finely minced. Add the sour cream, salt, pepper, and the buttermilk. Cover and process for about 15 seconds until fully blended. Taste for seasonings. Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
