Mustard-Tarragon Dressing

I love this dressing on a vegetable salad, tossed with a pasta salad, as a sandwich spread, and as a dip for vegetables. It’s so good that some of our customers ask for an extra serving to spread on their bread in place of butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well. Taste for seasoning.
