This is another luscious salad dressing, rich and creamy and immensely popular at Claire’s.


  • 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 4 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt, to taste


    Measure all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk well. Taste for seasoning.
