Pineapple-Lime Dipping Sauce

This delicious sauce is perfect for dipping your Vietnamese Spring Rolls, or as a dressing for an Asian-inspired salad, maybe of tender greens, broccoli sprouts, and thinly sliced mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup finely chopped fresh pineapple, plus any juices
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated zest from 1 organic lime
  • Freshly squeezed juice from 1 lime, about 2 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon organic flax oil with lemon
  • 2 teaspoons organic brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon organic brown rice vinegar

Method

Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Stir to combine. Taste for seasoning, adding additional brown sugar if needed.
