This is a great dip for toasted pita triangles and a lovely spread for crostini or crackers. It can also be enjoyed as a sandwich spread.
Measure the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Process for about 25 seconds or until smooth, stopping once to scrape down the sides of the bowl using a rubber spatula. Taste for seasonings. Store unused dip in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
