Fruit Salsa

This is a delicious dip for children and adults and it’s a wonderful way to add more fruit to your diet. Serve it with Honey-Cinnamon Tortilla Snacks or atop your tacos or burritos.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe local peaches, pitted and cut into small dice
  • 4 ripe plums, pitted and cut into small dice
  • ½ small pineapple, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from about ½ lime)
  • 2 tablespoons minced cilantro

Method

Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Toss gently but thoroughly to combine. Serve with Honey-Cinnamon Tortilla Snacks.
