Creamy Salsa Dip

This dip is a natural for organic tortilla chips or sweet local carrots, or as a topping for a soy meat loaf before baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup store-bought smoky mango salsa, or other good salsa
  • ½ cup plain organic yogurt
  • ½ cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 small orange organic bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped organic cilantro
  • Sea salt, if needed

Method

Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Stir well to combine the ingredients. Taste for seasoning, adding a little sea salt if needed.
