  • About

When I was growing up, my mother always kept dozens of lemons on hand and would make us fresh lemonade. As a result, I’m a big fan of lemonade. At Claire’s we initially reserved lemonade for summers only, but then we realized that if we drink cold water during the winter, why not lemonade?

Ingredients

  • cup local honey
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup

Method

Measure the honey and hot water into a blender cup. Cover and blend on high speed for 15 seconds or until well blended. Add the blueberries, lemon juice, and 4 of the ice cubes. Cover and blend on high speed for about 45 seconds until well blended. Pour into a pitcher, then stir in the remaining cold water. Serve over additional ice cubes.
