Bump up the flavor and the vitamin C with this refreshing and incredibly delicious summer drink! It will be the hit at every party, too.


  • ½ cup raw sugar
  • ½ cup hot water
  • Juice of 8


Place the sugar and the hot water in a blender cup. Cover and blend on high speed for about 10 seconds to dissolve the sugar. Add the lemon juice and the cold water. Cover and blend for a few seconds to mix. Add the frozen strawberries, cover, and blend for about 20 seconds until the mixture is icy and like slush. Pour/spoon into stemmed glasses. Garnish each with a mint leaf.
