For something truly spectacular, try drizzling this glaze over a chocolate cake.


  • 1 cup organic confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pure organic almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon organic milk or soy milk or coconut milk


Sift the confectioners’ sugar into a small bowl. Add the extract and the milk. Using a spoon, beat for about 30 seconds until smooth and glossy.
