  • 4 slices canned peaches, packed in juice
  • ¼ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon


Smash and peel the garlic and place in a pint-size Mason jar. Add the remining ingredients except the oil and whirl with a stick blender until smooth. Then, with the blender running inside the jar, slowly add the oil until combined.
