  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ cup pitted kalamata or other black olives
  • ½

Method

Smash and peel the garlic. Drop it into the bowl of a food processor and add the remaining ingredients. Pulse until it’s all chopped but still a bit chunky, scraping the sides of the bowl, as necessary.
