Mince a few onions and cook them in butter; cut some cold boiled beef in thin slices, cook them for a few minutes, add a tablespoonful of stock, a little tomato sauce, salt, pepper and parsley finely chopped. Put in a fireproof dish, sprinkle with bread-crumbs, add a few small pieces of butter and cook in the oven till well brown.
