Method

Cook your mushrooms whole in butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper. When they are cooked, remove them and keep them hot. Let the butter reduce, then add a glass of fresh cream, stir well, bring to the boil, let it reduce, after which you put back the mushrooms with a little chopped parsley and let the whole simmer for a few minutes.
