Method

Take as many legs of chicken as you want, one for each person, and remove the skin. Prepare some English mustard, which should not be too liquid, and rub it all over the legs of chicken; then roll these in white bread-crumbs. Grill them, and if this is done under a gas grill it is advisable to put two or three tiny pieces of butter on the meat. Sprinkle with salt, and serve with a mustard sauce.
