Method

Take some salt anchovies and soak them well, remove the bones, cut them and pound them in a mortar, add very little chopped parsley, red pepper and a good pinch of curry powder. Put these in a small saucepan with butter and cook for a few minutes. Then mix with it a little grated yolk of egg, spread on crisp buttered toast; pass quickly under the grill and serve at once.
