Method

Take some dandelion, remove outside leaves, wash the hearts well; season them in the ordinary way, but with less oil than usual and add to it little cubes of bacon crisply fried in fresh butter. Stir quickly and serve at once. Serve on hot plates. Bacon is also good with the long kind of lettuce.
