This recipe was a most happy accident, the result of a morning’s tinkering under the influence of the two-coffee fidgets (and the resulting failure to do any of the work I needed to do). The ingredients used comprised bits, bobs and cut-offs strewn across the kitchen. On gathering them all up, I decided to purée the lot and slap it on a couple of wee bunnies and roast them in a pot. The result, I think, is excellent.
