Oh, this is so easy and the results are fabulous. This treatment of fish is Moroccan. The herbs are changeable, but normally consist of various combinations of mint, parsley and coriander. I was not aware that it could ever be made with only parsley until ordering it in the seedy harbour of Tangier.
