Creamed spinach, if it’s there, cold or hot, I just can’t leave alone. I have cut my tongue licking the blender blades. It’s definitely a contender for the Tf you could have one last meal’ game. By the time my green-fingered skirmishes are over, I’ve never made enough. Always make extra.
Two rules: it must not be watery, and it must be green - green, not the overcooked colour of Fidel Castro’s romper suit. I like the older, bigger leaves for this, which have a stronger mineral taste
