Blackberry Eton Mess

This is not strictly Eton Mess, the original being made with strawberries. What I love about this dish is its chaotic appearance, not unlike my own. The reason why this recipe makes 12 meringues while only using six is to leave you with a few extra to munch messily over your computer while working. Once tested, this really only serves one.
