When at school, the continual taunts of ‘Fat Val’ were water off a duck’s back when left with my spoon and crumble.

Ingredients

  • butter, for greasing

Method

Preheat the oven to 160°C/325°F/Gas 3. Butter an ovenproof dish of about 30cm square.
