Killer fish tacos

I love fish tacos in all their forms, but this one is gloriously full-on, in that the fish is not only battered and deep-fried but also lounges on a tortilla, to be smeared in chipotle mayonnaise - equivalent to an oiled-up dude lying on a beach towel. This is hardcore dirty eating at its most enjoyable. Whiting is an unpopular fish and this is unfortunate, as it is plentiful, cheap and very delicious, especially when deep-fried. I’d say cats have got the edge on us. Give it a go.
