  • About

This can be eaten as a smoothie bowl with lots of toppings, but I prefer to pour it into a glass jar to drink on the go. These are my favourite greens, but you can use whatever you have available.

Ingredients

What you’ll Need

  • 2–3 cups water or coconut water
  • 2 cups baby spinach or roughly chopped kale</

Method

What to do

Blend the smoothie ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Loosen with a little extra water if you find it too thick. Divide between glass jars. Refrigerate for up to one day.
