The 100-plus recipes from food blogger Sarah Graham are based on ‘delicious, close-to-the-earth whole foods’ (including plenty of grains such as millet and teff) that are low in gluten, refined carbs and sugars, organically grown and aimed at being friendly to the gut. There are no calorie counts (“eat well, and eat moderate portions,” advises the author), and recipes are simple to follow.
