  • 1–2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium-sized red onion, roughly chopped

What to do

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the onion, sausage, cauliflower, thyme, rosemary, spices, chilli and a pinch of salt and fry, over medium heat, for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables have softened.
  2. Add the tomatoes, honey and vinegar, turn up the heat, and cook, uncovered, for 3–5 minutes, or until the tomatoes are starting to blister. Sea
