  • 1 × 7 g sachet yeast (or double weight fresh)

What to do

  1. In a bowl, mix together the water, yeast and olive oil, stir and leave to stand until the yeast is activated (the water will start to foam gently).
  2. To a large mixing bowl, add the flours. Add the salt on one side of the bowl (you will add the yeast to the opposite side of the bowl – salt and yeast are not friends, so minimise initial contac
