  • 1 tsp garlic, ginger and chilli paste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Method

What to do

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Mix together the ginger, garlic and chilli paste, smoked paprika, cinnamon and olive oil.
  3. Rub the mixture onto the pork belly, season with salt and pepper and transfer to a roasting tray.
