These are pretty pretty, endlessly cheering and such a favourite in our house.

Ingredients

What you’ll Need

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (or mixed berries)
  • 2–3 Tbsp chia seeds

Method

What to do

Purée the raspberries using a stick blender, then mix all of the ingredients together, adjust for sweetness if necessary, divide between ice-lolly moulds and freeze until set.
