  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 heaped tsp lime zest

Method

What to do

  1. Add the basil, zests and juices, water and honey to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer and then remove from the heat. Remove the basil leaves and set aside.
