You need a fairly powerful food processor to make this with the least amount of fuss. But the end result is luxuriously creamy roasted nut butter with a hint of vanilla. I love to spread a dollop on a slice of my Beautiful Banana Bread for a mid-afternoon snack.
Roast the nuts lightly in a dry pan until just golden and fragrant, and then blend in your food processor with the remaining ingredients for up to 15 minutes or until the nuts start to release their natural oils and you have a smooth, creamy mixture.
