Soufflé flan

  • 35 g ( oz) butter
  • 50 g (2

Method

Preheat oven to 200˚C (400˚F, Mark 6). Butter a 20 cm (8 in) flan dish and dust with flour. Melt the butter in a pan, stir in the flour, salt and pepper and make a smooth paste. Gradually stir in the milk.
