Caesar’s Treat

Ingredients

  • 450 g (1 lb) Caesar’s mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • parsley, olive oil, butter, pepper and salt

Method

Cut away the bulbous stem end, clean and chop the mushrooms. Fry them gently in oil and a little butter. After 5 minutes add chopped parsley and finely chopped garlic. Flavour with pepper and salt. Cook rapidly for a further 2 minutes and serve on toast.
