(as a starter)Fry the prawns for about 4 minutes with the garlic squeezed over them. Remove from the pan, tear or cut the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and, using the same oil, cook them for about 6 minutes. Add back the prawns and continue to cook for a further 2 minutes. Serve nice and hot with a few chopped chives to finish off the dish.
