Ingredients

  • 300 ml (½ pint) hawthorn buds/leaves
  • 2 cooked beetroots, diced

Method

Wash the hawthorn buds or young leaves and combine with the beetroot. Add the French dressing and mix well.

The taste of the hawthorn leaves is very light and delicate.
