For these drop cookies, choose the chunkiest brand of peanut butter you can find, if you like to experience real crunch alongside meltingly soft chocolate.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ¾ cup chunk-style peanut butter
