Fruit and Nut Party Pizzas

Overgrown sugar cookies playfully embellished with jam, nuts, coconut, dried fruits, or other goodies make a grand dessert for groups of the young in years (or heart). The “pizzas” are around 9 inches in diameter; if you prefer them smaller, make the smaller cookies described in the recipe for Big Sugars. If you want to make only one big “pizza,” bake and shape the rest of the dough as either 3-inch or 7 inch cookies. (The dough, well wrapped, will keep fo
