Ingredients: ⅔ cup flavorful honey (avoid bland or delicate honey, such as orange blossom or clover); 1 cup chunk-style peanut butter; 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter or margarine, at room temperature; 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter or margarine, at room temperature; 1⅓ cups unsalted roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped (see note); 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon salt; 2½ cups all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 2 eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; ⅔ cup flavorful honey (avoid bland or delicate honey, such as orange blossom or clover); 1 cup (packed) dark brown sugar

Big, bigger, or biggest, these cookies are for fans of peanuts and/or peanut butter, plus anyone who appreciates the taste of honey. Include the raisins as specified, or substitute semisweet chocolate bits, if you like. Why not use butterscotch or peanut butter bits? Candor compels me to say that those on the market, at the time of writing, are not recommendable.
