  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup canned salmon
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil


Beat eggs, shred salmon, mix lightly, and add parsley. Form into a thick pancake, making solider with dried crumbs if necessary, and fry golden brown in the butter.
