Caribbean Black Cake

This smooth Caribbean fruit cake is unlike any fruit cake you will have ever tasted before, since the dried fruit is blitzed beforehand (in a food processor). And it is certainly not for the faint-hearted, since it’s drenched (literally) in alcohol.
