A fantastic, flavourful recipe, also known as Meen Pollichathu, this Keralan dish is a popular street food offering. Everywhere you go in South India, you will find small roadside vendors cooking fish, marinated in coconut oil and spices, wrapped in banana leaves. Be aware – it has a good amount of chilli in it, as Keralans prefer it slightly on the hotter side.
