Jansson’s Temptation is a simple, fabulous thing from Sweden, classically made with potato. My version is with celeriac and I have re-christened it after the mercurial footballer Zlatan Ibrahimovic, another thing of great wonder from Sweden, as he scored a ridiculous goal against England on the night I first cooked this.
