Easy in the oven or over the barbecue, this simple lunch takes very little time and the coriander micros, with all their intensity, bring out the best in the mackerel.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole mackerel, gutted and cleaned
  • A little olive oil
  • 4 bay leaves

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/Gas 6 or heat up your barbecue.
