An easy spring supper that takes only a few minutes to prepare using ready-made pastry and can be adapted to whatever is in season and in your fridge (try wilted spinach, Manchego and olives, for instance). There’s no need to be prissy about putting it together - just spread the asparagus out and top quickly and don’t worry if the pastry shrinks a little while cooking.
