This is a perfect welcome if you have people coming round and the sun is shining. I’ve tried this with tayberries, raspberries and a mix of fruit and it has been equally delicious. By all means play around with different fruit and herbs, but the key is to have one bottle of sparkling to one of still, as this gives the punch a little tickle, and we could all do with one of those.
