The tapas bar at the end of my road when I lived in London saw far too much of my money — there simply wasn’t a time of day or night when my stomach wasn’t happy to welcome patatas bravas, the famous Spanish spicy potato dish. This recipe replaces the potatoes with oca, which gives it a hint of lemon but works beautifully with waxy potatoes too.
