A beautifully light, easy-to-make nibble that is good with ice cream, sorbet or just a coffee. If you like you can sprinkle a few flaked almonds on top of the biscuits just before baking.

Ingredients

  • 60 g ground almonds
  • 25 g plain flour
  • A pinch

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas 4.

Mix the ground almonds, flour and salt together in a bowl.
