  • 150 g self-raising flour
  • 200 ml soy milk
  • 6 teaspoons

Method

Heat the oven to 220°C

Place a teaspoon of vegetable oil into each cup of a 12-hole muffin tin. Put the tin on the middle shelf of the preheated oven and heat for 10 minutes.

Sieve the self-raising flour into a mixing bowl, add the soy milk and beat to create a smooth batter.

Make up the Organ Egg replacer as per the packet instructions and add to the flour and soy, or l
