To take ironmolds out of linen

Take sorrel, bruise it well in a mortar, squeeze it through a cloth, bottle it and keep if for use. Take a little of the above juice, in a silver or tin sauce-pan, boil it over a lamp, as it boils dip in the ironmold, don’t rub it, but only squeeze it. As soon as the ironmold is out, throw it into cold water.
